“Empowering Individuals Through Faith, Compassion, And Grace.”
Who
we are
At Faith Over Fear Outreach Services LLC, we believe that every individual deserves hope, dignity, and the opportunity to build a better future. Our mission is Empowering Individuals through Faith, Compassion, and Grace by providing supportive, person-centered services that help individuals overcome barriers, strengthen life skills, and achieve lasting stability.
Founded in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Faith Over Fear Outreach Services was established to serve individuals and families facing challenges related to substance use recovery, homelessness, reentry, unemployment, and other life transitions. We recognize that lasting recovery and personal growth require more than addressing immediate needs—they require meaningful relationships, practical support, encouragement, and access to community resources.
Our services are designed to empower individuals through life skills education, peer support, recovery coaching, resource navigation, employment readiness, and community outreach. We focus on helping people develop the confidence, knowledge, and tools needed to make healthy decisions, strengthen relationships, increase independence, and create sustainable change.
The Christian Faith is the foundation of our organization, but our services are offered with compassion and respect for every individual. We welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life, meeting each person where they are while fostering hope, accountability, resilience, and personal growth.
At Faith Over Fear, we believe recovery is possible, lives can be restored, and every person has purpose. Through collaboration with community partners, churches, healthcare providers, correctional programs, and local organizations, we strive to remove barriers, build opportunities, and create pathways toward long-term success.
Together, we are building stronger individuals, healthier families, and more connected communities—one life at a time.

Our life skills program equips individuals with practical tools needed for everyday living and long-term independence. Topics include communication skills, budgeting and financial literacy, time management, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, decision-making, stress management, goal setting, employment readiness, personal responsibility, digital literacy, and overall wellness.
Peer Support Services
Our certified Peer Support Professionals provide encouragement, mentorship, and hope by drawing from their own lived experience in recovery. Peer support helps individuals strengthen recovery, increase self-confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and build meaningful connections within the community.

Vocational Resource Lab
Our Vocational Resource Lab is designed to help individuals prepare for meaningful employment and career advancement. Equipped with laptops, internet access, printers, and job search resources, the lab provides a supportive environment where participants can create résumés, complete online job applications, search for employment opportunities, practice interview skills, explore educational programs, and develop essential computer skills. Staff are available to provide guidance and encouragement throughout the employment preparation process.
Employment Readiness
Meaningful employment plays an important role in long-term stability. We assist individuals with résumé development, interview preparation, job search strategies, workplace communication, professional behavior, career planning, and employment retention skills to help participants obtain and maintain successful employment.
Community Resource Navigation
Navigating available services can be overwhelming. We help individuals identify and access community resources including housing assistance, transportation, food resources, clothing, identification assistance, healthcare providers, behavioral health services, educational opportunities, employment resources, and other supportive programs.
Reentry Support
Individuals returning to the community after incarceration often face unique challenges. Our reentry support services help participants successfully transition by connecting them with essential resources, developing life skills, establishing positive support networks, and creating individualized plans that promote stability and reduce barriers to success.

We actively serve individuals experiencing homelessness by providing outreach, resource referrals, hygiene supplies, seasonal necessities, food assistance, clothing, and compassionate support. Our goal is to help individuals move toward safe housing, stability, and improved quality of life through consistent engagement and community partnerships.
Pro-Social Recovery Events
Healthy recreation and positive social connections are essential components of long-term recovery. Faith Over Fear regularly hosts pro-social events that encourage participants to build supportive relationships while engaging in healthy, substance-free activities. Events may include recovery celebrations, community outings, volunteer opportunities, educational workshops, game nights, seasonal gatherings, wellness activities, family-focused events, and other community-building experiences that promote belonging, confidence, and recovery capital.
Community Outreach
Faith Over Fear partners with local organizations, correctional facilities, churches, healthcare providers, and community agencies to deliver educational workshops, recovery-focused groups, outreach events, and supportive services that strengthen individuals and families throughout our community.
Faith-Based Encouragement
The Christian Faith is at the heart of our organization. While participation is always voluntary, we offer encouragement rooted in hope, compassion, grace, and purpose for those who desire a christian faith-based support as part of their personal growth and recovery journey.
Individualized Support
Every person's journey is unique. We work collaboratively with each participant to identify strengths, establish meaningful goals, develop personalized action plans, and connect them with services that address their individual needs. Our focus is on empowering each person to achieve greater independence, stability, and lasting success.
